Paola Salcedo was murdered aged 29 on Saturday 29th June. The presenter and influencer was allegedly attacked with bullets in front of her 4-year-old son while answering a phone call outside a circus located in the State of Mexico.
Journalist Carlos Jiménez reported on his networks that the sister of Mexican soccer player Carlos Salcedo was rushed alive to a private hospital. However, He died “around 9pm” the same day.
“Martha Paola Salcedo, sister of Cruz Azul soccer player, was shot this weekend in the State of Mexico. Although she was taken alive to a hospital, she eventually died there,” he wrote to X on July 1.
“A guy shot him on Saturday night. He was taken to hospital in serious condition and died there around 9pm. The Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Mexico is already looking for the person responsible,” he added.
The attack would have been committed in front of his son and his assistant, who would be with her during an alleged attack.
“They shot her in front of her son to attack her. Paola Salcedo took her son to a circus in Huixquilucan. “She was in her truck with him and an assistant when they tried to attack her,” she added.
Local authorities told El Universal that Paola Salcedo was attacked outside the Bardum Circus, in Huixquilucan, answering a phone call.
Witnesses told authorities that immediately after the attack, the 29-year-old presenter was put into her van by her companions and left the scene, so municipal police were unable to gather more information.
