Montserrat Oliver talks about the delicate state of Yolanda Andrade’s health: “Her voice attacked”

Yolanda Andrade suffered a relapse in her health in mid-June, for which she was hospitalized again.

The actress herself shared, via Instagram, that she was taking “a forced break” and that “it was a tough few days” but that she felt “very lucky”.

In a clip that she “published” herself, she appeared happily from the clinic and accompanied by her sister, Marille.

A few days later, the singer revealed that doctors had already found out what disease affects the presenter.

“They finally found what they have,” he said in an interview with TVNotas on June 25. “It’s a head issue and also another little thing they found on him.”

“Now that he’s been given the correct diagnosis, he’s entered treatment and it’s been magical. ‘Joe’ is very good. “He can talk now,” she added.

How is Yolanda Andrade?

Now that Yolanda Andrade’s life is out of danger, Montserrat Oliver, her colleague and former partner, has spoken out about her recovery.

“He’s doing better, he’s doing better there, but he’s still being treated, they’re giving him a lot of antibiotics and he can’t come to record,” he told the press, as reported by reporter Berenice Ortiz on July 5.

The driver was asked if her friend had recently had an “infection”, to which she replied: “Apparently yes, apart from the one in her head, which hurts.”

The owner of the Reto 4 Elementos, which can be seen here on ViX, admitted that she was concerned about the situation her partner was experiencing.

“The last program she didn’t talk much and apparently it was a pretty strong bacteria that even attacked her voice and that’s how she’s currently being treated (against),” he said.

Not wanting to mislead, Montserrat pointed out that “apparently a bacterium got into her blood.”

“I’m not a doctor, I wouldn’t know how to tell you (if this is added to what attacked her a long time ago), it’s better to let her come and tell you well,” he requested.

“I don’t know what exactly she has after all, so the truth is she’s disconnected and paying attention, I didn’t want to bother her too much either,” he added.

Yolanda Andrade remains ‘very positive’

On the emotional side, Montserrat Oliver explained that Yolanda Andrade is not giving up hope of being fully healthy anytime soon.

“She is very positive, she says that things are better now, that she is going to get out of it, God willing, soon and things are better there,” he told the media.

“Hopefully the next recording (of the ‘Montse & Joe’ program) will come,” she said, visibly excited.

In May 2023, Andrade announced to El Gordo y La Flaca that he had “a problem in my eye that hasn’t gone away because of the aneurysm”. Oliver explained that this disturbance dates back “more than 7 years ago”.
