Thommy Schiavo was not found until the next day; recordings show the actor staggering before his death

Footage from a security camera shows the actor Tommy Slave staggering to the edge of the apartment balcony where he fell and was found dead on Saturday 20th, Cuiabá.

In the recordings obtained by MT Play, SBT affiliate in Mato Grosso, it seems that Thommy is trying to open the door of the studio but gives up. Then, he lies down on the floor and leans on the porch. He gets up and loses his balance again. According to the investigations, the fall from a height of four meters occurred after an attempt to enter the house.

To the Statethe Civil Police of Mato Grosso registered the case as “accidental death.” According to witnesses, Thommy, 39, had been drinking with friends at a convenience store before returning home. The body was found only the day after the fall.

The Mato Grosso Civil Police conducted an examination at the scene and the actor’s body was sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) in Cuiabá for examination.

“The Official Expert Report has a legal deadline of approximately 10 days to complete the assessment,” the Civil Police informed State.

The family also mourned the death. The actor’s funeral wake took place on the afternoon of Sunday 21st, in the cemetery of São João Batista, in Presidente Prudente, in the hinterland of São Paulo, Thommy’s hometown.
