In recent months, news has circulated about the financial life of Val Marchiori, an entrepreneur and socialite who became even more famous after the reality show of the Band ‘Mulheres Ricas’.

There was talk of credit card debts and property taxes, banking issues, the seizure of an imported car, selling designer handbags for alleged profit, waiting for the investment made by friend Sylvia Design in a failed business…

On social media, the term “pobrinha,” popularized by her, has been associated with her image in haters’ posts. Those who despise her are taking advantage of the wave of negative news to attack her.

Regardless of his current financial condition, Val Marchiori has the privilege of living in one of the most luxurious and expensive buildings in São Paulo, on a coveted street in Jardins.

In neoclassical style, the building with the French name was inaugurated in 2005. It has apartments from 753 m² to 1,098 m², with 4 and 5 bedrooms, from 8 to 12 parking spaces.

With one unit per floor, the price starts at R$ 21 million. Val’s is valued at R$ 35 million. The monthly condominium fee is R$ 15,000. On the ground floor there is a strong security system with officers in suits who observe the movements on the street.

Val Marchiori is known in the region where she lives for her lively parties. In October 2023, she turned her house into a party to celebrate her 49th birthday. Even those in neighboring buildings heard the noise. With or without debt, she knows how to enjoy life.
