Paolla Oliveira talks about creating rivalries between women

The actress suggested that women should ‘pull up a chair for each other’

Paolla Oliveira took to social media to vent rivalry rumors with other artists. Through a video, the actress said that they constantly try to pit “women against each other” and suggested that they should “pull up a chair for each other.”

According to the actress, the idea of \u200b\u200b”female rivalry” arose in the past and has remained to this day. Paolla Oliveira used as an example comments showing alleged intrigues with Yasmin Brunet, Carolina Dieckmann and Patrícia Poeta.

“Why does the world want us to live in constant competition? You know that this competition didn’t come out of nowhere, right? For a long time they made us believe that there was only one subject, only one place available to us. And without realizing it, we reinforce the idea that our space is really tiny, limited. Telling us to believe that we have to slap ourselves, fight to have that place in the middle of the room”, began the actress in her outburst.

The artist also questioned the public’s interest in consuming content involving rivalry between women: “The worst thing is that we consume, we comment, we get involved in this type of news. Why do we do this? The fact that we click on that news about so and so is jealous of so and so, so and so doesn’t like so and so. It’s because we accept this ready-made idea anyway, without realizing that this only puts us in the same cycle, over and over again.

To put an end to these alleged intrigues, Paolla Oliveira said that women must start sharing and encourage more spaces for sharing results.

“After all, it’s not about them, but about each of us, right? What if we decided, for example, to think differently, to continually expand this space between us? Where I arrive, others could arrive. And who said we couldn’t pull out a chair for each other? Who said we can’t sit, laugh, share, have a beer and be happy?” he added.
