Xuxa lived for more than a decade in the residence located in Rio de Janeiro
The iconic Casa Rosa, where the presenter Xuxa Meneghel lived for 15 years, is currently in a state of abandonment. Located in Vargem Grande, in the west of Rio de Janeiro, the villa has been immortalized in recent images that reveal the precarious state of its structures, including the swimming pool, which also shows signs of wear.
With a vast and luxurious surface area, Casa Rosa features five suites, a private cinema, a photography studio and a swimming pool. In addition to the main villa, the place has five other smaller houses, distributed between the garage and the back area. In its heyday, the property was the scene of many special moments for Xuxa and her family.
In a recent interview, Xuxa recalled that her daughter, Sasha Meneghelwas conceived at Casa Rosa, during his relationship with Luciano Szafir. The residence was also the stage for the girl’s anniversary party in 1999, which brought together more than a thousand guests and sparked controversy for distributing live rabbits as souvenirs.
Casa Rosa was put up for sale in 2007, for R$8 million, and ended up being purchased by the entrepreneur Jorge Pereira in 2010. Since then, the place has been managed by his real estate agency, which, according to Veja magazine, did not he did. respond to requests.
Xuxa’s last visit to the location was in December 2022, when he recorded scenes for his Globoplay documentary, in an interview conducted by Pedro Bial.
