Carolina Ferraz made an outburst on social media
This Friday the 8th, Carolina Ferraz, 56, used her social networks to vent about the judgments she received after saying she was spending the holidays alone.
In a video, the actress spoke about the importance of self-care and responded to criticism about her weight loss.
“I was surprised by people’s reactions when I said I was going on vacation alone. Many said, ‘Wow, alone? But why?’ I don’t understand it. There are people who can’t stand being alone with themselves.the presenter said.
Carol explained that, for her, being alone does not mean loneliness: “I like meeting people, but I also really like being alone”, he said.
Then, the record company opened up to criticism related to her thinness. “All my life I have been very thin, much thinner than today. I even weighed 54, 55 kg. Today I weigh 60 kg and I feel great, I feel really good. I’m super thin well and I’m not that thin, but I feel good” , he underlined.
“If we gain weight we are ugly because we are fat; if we lose weight we are ugly because we are thin; if we age we are ugly because we are old. I am fine”. I’m 57 years old, I work, I have two beautiful daughters, wonderful friends, I’m happy with life, I think I’m beautiful, wonderful and that’s it”, continuous.
Carolina also left an encouraging message for her followers: “I want everyone to feel beautiful and wonderful. I was very happy and I want people to learn to spend more time alone, because when we spend more time alone, we listen to ourselves and we also become friendlier in listening to others.”
“I’m 100%.” Carolina also added in the caption: “We lose weight, we age, we gain weight, we enter menopause, we mature… And life goes on. A big kiss.”
