The family of Agnaldo Rayol is completely dissatisfied with the SAMU (Mobile Emergency Care Service). This is because, according to them, it took an ambulance almost 50 minutes to arrive at the home of the singer who died this Monday (4), after falling in the bathroom of his apartment. The celebrity passed away the morning after being diagnosed with a head injury.

In a note published by the artist’s press office, the family tells everything that happened on the morning of his death and says they had to call the services four times. They also declare that 1h22 minutes passed from the first call until the ambulance left for the hospital.

“After analyzing the images, we found that the total time, from the first call to the SAMU until the ambulance left for the hospital, was 1 hour and 22 minutes. During the waiting period for the ambulance, the SAMU offered telephone assistance, since the singer was bleeding a lot, the family needed three towels to stop the bleeding”, the note begins.

The document also reports the entire journey of the paramedics to the celebrity’s home: “The first call to the SAMU was made on 04/11 at 3.30 am. The ambulance arrived at the entrance of the building at 4.19 am, that is, 49 minutes after the first of the four calls made. The professionals entered the ‘building at 4.22am and, after serving, left with the singer on a stretcher at 4.38am.”

Finally, the clinic Agnaldo Rayol declares that he arrived conscious at the hospital: “The ambulance closed its doors at 4.41am and remained at the scene until 4.52am, for a total of 14 minutes in front of the building before heading to HSanp hospital, located 1.8km away The singer arrived at the hospital conscious, was diagnosed with a head injury and died at 8.30am the same day.”
