On the Leo Dias portal, Neymar’s defense recalled the exact period in which Piovani spoke out against Bruna Biancardi’s boyfriend on Instagram, implying that she had offended “his reputation, his dignity and his decorum”.
“On May 28, 2024, May 30, 2024 and June 1, 2024, through the publication of ‘Stories’ on her profile on the social network Instagram (@luapio), LUANA PIOVANI continuously defamed and insulted the plaintiff NEYMAR DA SILVA SANTOS JÚNIOR and offended his reputation, his dignity and his decency with the following statements made via the world wide web, which have facilitated the spread of crimes against honor”, reads the note.
