Rafael suffered an apparent stroke during the taping of a TV show last Tuesday. A few hours after the incident, new information was released about what happened to the 81-year-old singer and his state of health.

According to 20min, the Spanish performer was already “feeling bad” when he arrived at Madrid’s Príncipe Gran Vía theater.
Rafael began to feel unwell in the middle of the recording of the program’s Christmas special “La Revuelta”. As one of those present told the Spanish media, when the singer came out “everything was going well”, but afterwards “he seemed to be stuck when he spoke, he seemed disoriented”.
