Has the driver been arrested?
According to information from G1, after the accident that occurred in the Japuí neighborhood, São Vicente, São Paulo, the driver was arrested in the act after taking a breathalyzer test and the result was positive. However, the arrest in flagrante delicto was transformed into preventive arrest after the custody hearing.
The case is still under investigation and has been registered as manslaughter with possible malice, that is, when one takes the risk of killing, even without intention.
