From next Monday, 01/06, the new bus fare will be applied in the capital Sao Paulo
The population of the capital of Sao Paulo who uses public transport will have to pay a few cents more from Monday 1/06 to take the bus. This is because the Court of Justice of Sao Paulo confirmed the decision to increase the ticket price.
With the 13.6% adjustment, announced last Thursday, 12/26, 2024, the rate will go from R$4.40 to R$5. After the announcement, a request for suspension was opened, but Bruno Luiz Cassiolato, in office as Magistrate, denied requesting it on Wednesday 01/01.

How can the citizen of São Paulo accept the increase in bus, CPTM and metro fares knowing that with each passing day all 3 are getting worse and worse, taking longer and longer and offering a terrible service every day.
