José Julián, grandson of Maribel Guardia, spent the night in the premises of the Attorney General of Mexico City after his grandmother reported his mother, Imelda Garza-Tuñón.
On the morning of January 22, the widow of Julián Figueroa, father of the little boy, took to Instagram to send a heartfelt message.
“Give me back my little boy! I am devastated! “Maribel Guardia and Marco Chacón are doing the unforgivable: they are taking away the love of my life, they are not letting me see my son!”
“I waited for him for 16 hours, in the cold, on the street, they took him without my permission and left him locked up, without food, without shelter… I never saw him again,” he said.
The singer assured that they “put a thousand obstacles” to be with the 7-year-old boy, which is why she argued that “there must be justice”.
In addition, she previously uploaded a photo to her stories in which she appears tangled in a blanket and with a troubled expression while outside the agency’s premises.
“At 4 in the morning, we are still waiting and false information begins to leak … from those who did not arrive and allowed a juvenile to be confined as a criminal, without food and at 5 degrees,” he said.
Maribel Guardia’s ex-fiancee denounces the “black hand”
A few hours ago, Imelda Garza-Tuñón made statements to the press in which she stated that, from her point of view, there will be an unusual process by which her descendants will continue to head the authorities.
“They want to take my baby away from me. Maribel Guardia wants to take my son away from me. “They did everything possible to delay this case as long as possible,” he told reporter Patti Cuevas into the microphone.
“It’s 5:30 in the morning, they won’t let him out, they won’t let me see him, the kid was crying for a while, they’ve locked him up like a criminal and that’s not fair. “I’m not going to leave here until they give me my baby,” she added.
The interpreter of “Atada a un Sentiment” claimed that José Julián “had the biggest tests ever done”, so she believes that “there is a black hand” in the process.
“In the end [a mi papá] “They say no to him,” she revealed through tears, “I don’t understand why they say no if it’s my immediate family. In fact, the mother’s family has a preference, I don’t understand why they don’t want to give us the child.”
Imelda pointed out that, so far, neither Maribel Guardia nor her husband, Marco Chacón, had appeared at the offices, but accused them: “They are orchestrating it from there.” [su casa] and they don’t want me to see my son again.”
It was yesterday evening when the soap star revealed she had reported her ex-fiancée to ‘keep my grandson safe’. He has not said more.
For her part, the young woman stated that the reason the artist would have upset her is that she moved, together with her firstborn, from her home, where they lived for almost two years after the death of Julián Figueroa.
