Justice has condemned the Google To exclude the account and -mail from a user who filed out extracted from the film Love Strange Love (1982), played by Xuxa Meneghel. The company stated that the material has violated its guidelines, as it contains “sexualized content involving a teenage boy”.

In the sentence, the judge Clarissa Rodrigues Alves considered that the deactivation of the account was “hasty and embezzlement” and established that Google compensates the actor for the damage caused. The amount of the allowance will still be defined by the experience and the decision is appealed.
