Regina Todorenko about childbirth: “Michelle ran into the room, looked into the pool, from where the youngest swam out”

Two weeks ago it became known that Regina Todorenko and Vlad Topalov became parents for the second time. Now the couple has two sons – Mikhail and Mir. A few days later, the 32-year-old TV presenter published a series of posts on her Telegram channel, where she spoke in detail about contractions and childbirth. From revelations, we learned that Regina gave birth at home in the United States, and her husband and eldest son watched the process with their own eyes.

The day before, the young mother continued her communication with subscribers and this time told how her and Vlad’s first-born took their younger brother:

“Now I’m a big brother,” Michel said when he saw the baby for the first time! He was filled with such pride! Our little son grew up in a matter of seconds, became more conscious.

But such a positive reaction was preceded by a conversation between Regina and her son – she explained to the 3-year-old boy that her mother was giving birth and, perhaps, would not behave as usual:

I prepared him for childbirth, talked about the process of meeting with the baby, said that there might come a time when the mother would need to be left alone, that, perhaps, the mother would make various strange sounds. And, if you want to leave and go about your business, he can safely proceed to his plan. But Mishka did not want to leave, he expressed a desire to be side by side: “I will support you, mommy.” And I was glad that even in fights I can play with my son.

When Mir was born, Michel quickly ran into the room, hugged dad, looked into the pool, where our youngest swam out, and happily said: “Now we have a baby!” Long before the birth, we discussed the topic of jealousy between children. We were afraid that we could not cope with this energy.

So far, Vlad and Regina are not worried about the relationship of their sons, but it is quite possible that as they grow older, problems may arise:

It turned out that everything is not so scary (perhaps for now): if Mishka wants to be a little lyalya, we support in every possible way: if you want a pacifier – take it, if you want to lie in a diaper – please, if you want to take care of mom and dad – we are happy, if you want to go back to stroller – we can ride. During pregnancy, I learned that with the advent of younger older children, they again dream of becoming small. We allow it to be, we do not shift responsibility for the younger brother, we do not require adult actions from Michael; we just love and devote more time than before, we read therapeutic fairy tales, we say that there is even more love in our family.

I want to believe that all these actions are already bearing fruit. in the first week, Michael did not let anyone near his brother – he shouted: “This is my brother, I’m protecting him!! Don’t touch him!” Let’s see what will happen next.

Recall that Regina Todorenko hid her second pregnancy until the very last date. However, the public also did not immediately learn about the first-born.

Vlad Topalov and Regina Todorenko have been together since 2018. They met a year earlier at the rehearsal of the play “Put Your Wife in the Pawnshop”, which was played on the stage of the Moscow Teatrium on Serpukhovka. A little later, rumors about a romance spread, which the lovers did not confirm for a long time and amused fans with rare hints on social networks. In July 2018, the couple announced their engagement, and in the fall they secretly signed. A month and a half later, in December, the stars became the parents of a boy. But they staged a magnificent wedding celebration only in 2019. For several days, the newlyweds walked along with many friends at Villa Astor on the Amalfi Coast, Italy.
