As a result of the accident, Reed suffered a “skull fracture” that caused “serious traumatic brain injury”.
Both she and her husband, Eric Dewey, tried to help him while the paramedics arrived at her home to watch him.
On February 14, Lindsay posted a message on the digital platform in which he asked his followers to “pray” for the recovery of his plasma saying he had an incident. Reed died three days later.
Despite the possible criticism he would receive, he said he wanted to talk about what happened, so that other parents could prevent something like something to happen to their children.

In his duel, Lindsay Dewey announced that the child’s organs were donated to five “sick” minors.
