Gerard Pique put forward two conditions under which he will give the children to Shakira

It’s been two months since Colombian singer Shakira, 45, left her children’s father, Gerard Pique, 35. All this time, the former lovers cannot come to a single agreement on the custody of their children – 9-year-old Milan and 6-year-old Sasha. The football player, whom even his own fans condemn for cheating on Shakira, wants the children to stay in his native Spain. The singer also plans to take the boys to the United States, where her mother, sisters and brothers live. But a compromise agreement seems to have been found. Several Spanish media at once, citing the Telemundo program “La mesa caliente”, spoke about the conditions under which Pique agreed to give up the children to Shakira. With the exception of minor points, there are only two of them.

The Barcelona defender reportedly asked his ex for $400,000 to pay off a debt he had left in Spain and five first-class tickets so he could fly to his sons for a weekend in Miami. In the same show, they suggested that Pique made concessions not by chance. Gerard has a contract with the Barcelona football club until 2024, and after, according to rumors, he is going to sign a contract with Inter Miami. And if the deal goes through, Piqué will live next door with his kids.

One way or another, but the final decision regarding the place of residence of Milan and Sasha, Piqué and Shakira should be made in the coming days. Insiders assure that the couple will meet in San Diego on August 4 to sign legal documents. The stars themselves are still silent and do not give any comments on this matter.

Recall that the breakup of the couple became known on June 1 – a number of Spanish media reported that the reason for the separation of the couple was the betrayal of the football player. Three days later, the gap was confirmed by Shakira herself.

Pique and Shakira have been in a relationship since 2011, while they were not officially married. The couple have two sons: 9-year-old Milan and 6-year-old Sasha. In 2017, the partners already parted, but were able to get back together.
