The BBB champion will respond to the accusations in court
The winner of the BBB 24 David Brito became attributed to psychological violence against the Amazonian model Tamires Assis. The decision was made by judge Ana Lorena Teixeira Gazzineo on April 8, 2025, but it arrived public on April 16, after the release of the Amazon network. The case dates back to July 2024, when David and Tamires maintained a short report after meeting at the Parintins Folkloric Festival. According to Tamires, during a video chain, David would have shown a firearm and would have made threats, leading her to record a printing of the call and obtain a protective measure.
The Amazonas civil police concluded that, in addition to the threats, David has incited his followers to attack Tamires on social networks after the repercussion of the case. In August 2024, the police requested the pre-processual detention of the former BBB for domestic violence, but the request has not yet been tried by the court. Currently, the process continues in progress and David responds in freedom. So far, neither he nor his notice have commented on the case.
In addition to this process, David Brito was involved in other disputes from his departure from the program. Among these, the end of a relationship after the loss of a child and an episode that occurred in Salvador, when he was taken to the police station and seized the car for refusing to take the ethylometer test during a blitz.
