In the next chapters of “Girl of the Moment”, the plot will follow a dramatic path. Determined to prevent the mother from being unjustly condemned, Beatriz (Duda Santos) will adopt an extreme measure. Concerned for the Clarice trial (Carol Castro), accused of killing Valeria (Julia Stockler), the young woman will decide to ask for the help of Basilio (Cauê Campos).
The proposed idea will be risky: attract Juliano (Fábio Assunção) in an ambush and obtain a recorded confession. Zélia (Leticia Colin), even reluctant, will agree to participate in the plan. As agreed, he will call Juliano and invite him to a meeting in the Presidency of the Perfumery of Rio, offering him the position of vice -president. The proposal will sound suspicious for the villain, who will decide to attend Armed.
In the meantime, Beatriz, Beto (Pedro Novaes) and Basil will hide in a room next to them, prepared with registration equipment. The group will await the moment when Juliano admitted the crime.
During the meeting, the plan will continue as expected. Juliano, seduced by the possibility of obtaining a prominent position in the company, will confess the murder of Valeria. However, by creating hidden recording devices, he will react violently.
Surprisingly, Juliano will take the gun and sweep in Zélia, who will die in time, inside the perfumery. Beatriz and the others, who listened to the next room, will be shocked, unable to prevent the tragedy.
Shortly after the crime, the bad guy will flee to the pier and hide on a boat. With this, he will officially become a police fugitive. His position will remain unknown to the last chapters of the novel, when he unexpectedly kidnaps Clarice. Following, in the end it will be eliminated by Beto.
Zélia’s death will cause a turnaround in the result of the soap opera, which directly affects the fate of several characters. In fact, the situation will increase the tension between those involved in an attempt to capture Juliano, who will be driven out by the authorities. In the meantime, Beatriz and the others will have to face the challenge of collecting sufficient evidence for the innocent clarice, even after the incomplete recording of the confession.
