After dealing with serious complications during pregnancy, the singer Lexa shared a new moment of personal overcoming on Monday (23). In a sequence of videos published on social networks, he celebrated the loss of 10 pounds, a result reached months after the birth of his first daughter, Sofia, who was born premature and died three days later in February.
During pregnancy, Lexa developed a serious preeclampsia image, which evolved in Hellp syndrome, a condition considered one of the main causes of maternal death in Brazil. The artist was hospitalized when it was in the sixth month of gestation and the aggravation of the painting led to early birth.
Despite the mourning, Lexa used his networks to slowly show how he faced this delicate period. When he wore an old tailoring set, the singer was enthusiastic to note that he fell into the comedy: “I went back to my normal weight and I entered my small birthday in the closet,” he said.
In another part of the relationship, the artist detailed the difficulties faced during physical recovery.
“Obviously my body is not as it was already one day, but I celebrated a lot of this turning point. After the preeclampsia, I was a lot and I had difficulty returning to weight. I took it and I am celebrating every little thing in my life,” he said.
Lexa, who gradually resumed his routine, underlined that he still takes care of the pain of loss, but keeps hope: “I am living my pain, but I believe that good things will still happen”.
