At the debut of the new season of Tvz Live, MultiShow has announced a considerable tribute to the singer Preta Gil. From now on, the program stage was renamed “Preta Gil stage”, posthumous recognition to the artist who led the attraction at the beginning of 2024 and left his mark with charisma and authenticity. The singer died on Sunday (20 July), at the age of 50, after dealing with cancer in the intestine.
The decision to appoint the space symbolizes the lasting impact of prete Gil on the program and Brazilian music. Performer of songs such as “Signs of Fire”, “Stereo” and “Sou Sou”, as well as the founder of the “Bloco da Preta”, has distinguished herself as one of the most emblematic voices of Rio Carnival. His presence on Tvz was marked by expressive interviews and by a repertoire that reflected his artistic diversity.
At the same time, this edition of Monday (4 August), at 18 hours (GMT), also marked the debut of the singer Marina Sena as a guest of the attraction, together with the communicator Gominho. Taiobeiras Minas Gerais enthusiastically tackles the new challenge on TV, combining his irreverent style and musicality to the program proposal of the program.

Tvz Live airs from Monday to Friday, at 18h (Ora di Brasilia), with broadcasts live on Monday and Thursday for Multishow and Globoplay. The season strengthens the mix between music, diversity and interaction as central attraction pillars.
