The 23 -year -old influencer Hytalo Santos became the goal of a research and seizure mandate on Wednesday (13) to João Pessoa. During the operation carried out in a luxury condominium in the capital of Paraíba, Hytalo’s residence was found empty. Despite the attempt by the authorities to respect the mandate, the influencer was not at the address.

However, Hytalo’s defense said he was in San Paolo on vacation and denied any attempt to escape. “Hytalo was not aware of the execution of a search and kidnapping mandate in one of his residences, also because it is a confidential judicial measure,” said the new legal team, which has taken the case after the previous office was archived.

The previous office, in contact with Leo Dias, explained why he abandoned the case. “It was just a commercial decision. We analyzed that there was incompatibility with the interests of some customers.”

In a press release, the lawyers said that the influencer is available to collaborate with the authorities. “Hytalo reiterates that he has never compact any act attentive to the dignity of children and adolescents and that everything will certainly remain demonstrated during the investigation and in front of the public who trusts and accompanies him on social networks.”

The repercussion of the case has increased after YouTuber Felca published a video in early August, which accuses Hytalo of promoting the so -called “adultization” of minors in their content. The material already adds over 30 million views and has been mentioned as a trigger for the intensification of the investigations.
