In an interview with the Caras magazine, Herson Capri takes the career point and confesses to dream of a more just and plural Brazil

And even after so many experiences, Herson Capri (73) He says: I still feel cold in my belly with every new challenge. “There will always be! – What balance do you have these 50 years of career?
– There are 50 years of work in the same profession and this offers great experience, a theatrical experience, an experience in interpretation and in the audiovisual. This makes the job much easier!
– Has the way of making art changed over the years?
– Art has lost space in the media in the last 20, 30, 40 years and this is not a pretty thing. I even think that people who lose are people who lose are the country, but unfortunately it is what happened.
– Does this make it more difficult to make theater in Brazil?
– YES. It is difficult to create art of any kind, of any kind in Brazil and it is difficult to work with culture. There is no importance on something I consider very important: education and culture are fundamental.
– The memories of the wine have been acclaimed! Do you have any personal memory with wine?
– No! What I have of wine is a great pleasure to make the piece with Caio Blat, with the direction of Elias Andreato. We were on display until August 31st at the Renaissance Theater, in San Paolo. It’s a spectacular piece, people love to look at and I like to do it!
– You recently participated in Vale Tudo. Being involved in so many projects helps you stay young?
– Yes, he works in a function that we like certainly keeps the mind and the young body!
– And speaking of youth, how do you feel at 73?
– I feel very well. Obviously there are some small natural wear, but I have a very normal life. I train, swim, I do pilates, bodybuilding …
– You are an eternal Rubacuori. How is the approach today?
– The question of the approach that I think is more because of being known for doing so many works. I am approached by women and men, young people, adults, elderly people, all generations.
– And how is your relationship with the universe of social networks?
– I’m not a fan, no, I’m a little sweaty, I come from another time! I started using the new tools, but I’m starting.
– You have five children, of different ages and of different generations. In the role of father, is there a difference?
– Inevitably there is a difference. Each child is one, it is a different universe, a different head, a different body, everything is different. You must have a different treatment. By the way, with everyone, not only with children.
– What is your big dream?
– I am satisfied with my career and the trajectory I had in my profession. My dream is to see Brazil without hunger, without misery, without suffering for the Brazilians. It is a dream to see the country in its economic, political and social fullness and above all in the cultural sector.
