Gugu’s son notification to judge Rafael Island and Singer threatens: “It will be left for everyone”

The former Pogar has released statements that associated a struggle between father and son with the death of the presenter

Former Polegar Rafael Ilha published a video on YouTube last Tuesday, saying that he received an extrajudicial notification from João Augusto Liberato, son of Gugu, and replied with attacks and threats.

According to Rafael, the document contested the statements in which he put the official version of the cause of Gugu’s death. During registration, the singer stressed that the text accused him of implying, without evidence, that John could have been responsible for the domestic accident.

The material, signed by a lawyer identified as Dr. Carlos, ranked Rafael’s lines as low and false. The notification also criticized the comments of the former poles on the aspects of Gugu’s personal and intimacy, considered disrespectful.

“The serious and false accusations in the interviews mentioned have not been enough, your owners have still addressed personal issues, exposing the intimacy and sexual choice of Gugu totally vexingly and unresolved,” he read during recording.

Rafael admitted that sometimes “he spoke too” and said he was angry when he made certain statements. Even so, he contrasted the attempt of silence: “It is not the first time that they try to intimidate me with the processes,” he said, that he added that the connections from the interviews granted to the podcasts have already been sent to YouTube, resulting in the exclusion of the contents.

In the video, Island adopted a direct clash tone with João Augusto. “I think what I want to find, I think about what I want to think about. I just have to be careful of the things I will talk about and in the way I will direct. I am not afraid of you and your processes,” he said, also quoting the lawyer.

At another point, he questioned the concern of the family for his lines and said he had learned more about Gugu’s life than his son himself. “Well, before you were born, I already knew your father. I already knew much more than his life than you can imagine,” he said.

Finally, the former Polega threatened to react if it receives a new notification. “One is small, two okay, three is too much. So I won’t play shit in the fan, I will launch the entire bag. He will be left for everyone,” he said, ending the video with suggestions on a conversation that he would have with Gugu shortly before his death.
