Edu Guedes shares the preparations for the ceremony at Ana Edu’s Yellow House. The couple began their relationship after their marriage ended.

Presenter and chef Edu Guedes has revealed information about preparations for his wedding to Record presenter Ana Hickmann. In an interview with the newspaper O Globo, published on Tuesday (21), Guedes shared the details of the ceremony that the couple will celebrate on a farm in the hinterland of São Paulo, after having already made their civil union official in May this year.

The structure chosen for the event, called Casa Gialla di Ana Edu, is being renovated to host the celebration. “We are restoring the farm to be an even more special and meaningful place for today,” Guedes explained.

The chef provided specific information about the ceremony location. “The wedding will take place in a hall attached to the venue. The structure is already ready and our idea is to celebrate the entire ceremony there. The wedding is being prepared with a lot of care and love. It is a place that has a very special meaning for Ana and me,” he informed.

The relationship between Edu Guedes and Ana Hickmann began at the end of 2023, after the end of the presenter’s marriage to businessman Alexandre Correa. Before becoming a couple, the two worked together on Record’s Hoje Em Dia program between 2005 and 2009.

During the interview, Guedes talked about how the relationship evolved from a friendship. “Ana came to complete my life,” he said. “We always say that life is made up of encounters and disagreements and, when we least expect it, everything changes,” he added.

The presenter expressed his satisfaction with the current moment in life. “I am very happy and grateful, because from a friendship something much bigger and special was born. A true partnership where there is love, respect and admiration. We share our days, we support each other and complete each other,” he declared.

Mentioning the qualities he admires in Ana Hickmann, Edu Guedes highlighted the presenter’s personal characteristics. “What really enchants me about Ana is her strength as a woman, her determination and the way she dedicates herself to her family and others. She always puts others first and works tirelessly,” she said.
