The Sao Paulo broadcaster has released a statement and reveals the future of Christina Rocha, host of the attraction
The “Casos de Família” program will leave the SBT schedule. The announcement was made by the broadcaster, through a press release published on the afternoon of this Tuesday 23. The program has been on the air since 2004.
The channel also said that recordings of new episodes of the attraction, commanded by Christina Rocha, are suspended. According to the statement, the end is not final and the attraction could return in 2023.
“The Communications Office informs that SBT will suspend the registrations of the Casos de Família program from this week. The broadcaster informs that the program could return in 2023, with a new season and new stories”, reads the message.
SBT’s press office also said that the current conductor of the attraction remains on the channel team.
“It is worth mentioning that presenter Christina Rocha will remain employed by SBT. Soap operas will be screened at the time of the attraction. Casos de Família will air until September 7,” the statement concluded.
