Gloria Perez and the cast mourn the murder of the child interpreter of “Belly for Rent”

Carioca Bruno Moreira, who was the baby of “Barriga de Aluguel” when he was born, was murdered in Rio de Janeiro. Writer Gloria Perez and part of the cast of the soap opera, which aired on TV Globo in 1990, used social networks to express outrage at the crime.

Moreira, who was 31, was murdered while working as an app driver in the Marechal Hermes neighborhood in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro. His only work on television was in “Barriga de Aluguel”, when he gave birth to the newborn son of the character couple Ana (played by Cássia Kiss) and Zeca (Victor Fasano). In the plot, the baby was generated in the womb of Clara (Claudia Abreu), as Ana could not have children.

“And comes this sad news. Assault. Bruno did not react, and even then they shot him. Speechless,” wrote Gloria Perez, in an Instagram post.

Humberto Martins, who had a prominent role in the soap opera, also said, “My God … I’ve had this guy in my arms so many times,” he complained.

Artists such as Mônica Iozzi, Virginia Cavendish, Claudia Mauro, Silvia Buarque, Duda Nagle, Luciano Camargo (from the country duo with Zezé) and the writer and journalist Edney Silvestre offered solidarity to Bruno Moreira’s family in the comments on Gloria Perez’s post.

The boy’s mother, Liliana Ferreira Leite, told “RJ TV” from TV Globo that her son loved telling friends he starred in a television production as a child. “The soap opera was one of the good memories, he was proud, I felt he was proud that he made the soap opera. My son was very loved, very loved, my son only had love to give,” Liliana said.

“He didn’t react to the robbery. It was bad. It’s a great desire, it’s a great pain,” concluded Liliana.

On Tuesday (23/8), Rio police identified one of the suspects for the crime, which occurred on June 22. After two months of investigations, the agents of the police headquarters of the capital have come to the conclusion that Tiago da Silva Freitas Rosas is the killer of Bruno, shot in the head.

Tiago has a history with the police for drug trafficking. “The individual is known as Burgão, active in drug trafficking in the neighborhoods of Honório Gurgel and Coelho Neto. He is an extremely dangerous individual,” said delegate Alexandre Herdy. The murderer had the arrest decreed by the Justice and is considered a fugitive. The other criminal, who accompanied Tiago on a motorcycle, has not yet been identified.

The crime was filmed by security cameras in homes in the region. The stolen vehicle was found the next day – burned – in the district of Turiaçu, north of Rio.
