Yesterday at the cabaret theater Crave there was a presentation of the new JONY video “No Way”. Among the guests was Ekaterina Varnava, for whom the walls of this theater have become almost family in recent months. There she regularly performs with her production of “Absolutely Naga”. Coincidentally, this appearance of Barnabas happened just hours after a two-hour interview with her former lover Alexander Molochnikov was published on YouTube.
Despite the revelations of the director, in particular, about their secret wedding and a quiet sudden divorce, she did not cancel her plans. But at the presentation, she behaved as inconspicuously as possible – Ekaterina spent a few seconds at the press wall, and when she was approached from the stage during the presentation, she laughed it off and remained seated in her place.
Recall that the actress and director began to talk about the novel in the summer of 2020. Ekaterina and Alexander confirmed their relationship only in October, appearing together on the red carpet of Kinotavr. Only Ksenia Sobchak was able to force them to break the silence regarding their personal lives – in one of her issues she asked the lovers about the status of their relationship (at least because the actress and director gave the interview to the host in the same apartment with a difference of several months).
Last October, Barnabas spoke about Alexander and a possible marriage like this:
Today I imagine that my family will be with this person. What will we have, God forbid, a child and a dog. We will be walking as a big friendly family. I love these thoughts. They inspire me. We are talking about it. Yes, he shares it. But I can’t speak for him. Perhaps if he had been sitting in this place and you would have asked this question, perhaps he would have answered differently. How I feel and how I hear from him, of course, he shares this. Otherwise we wouldn’t be together.
Even earlier, in another interview, the artist admitted that she once experienced a miscarriage.
