The young woman in a wheelchair goes on to say that the crew would not have seated her near the front of the plane, despite there being some free seats, which made it difficult for her to get around. When the young woman had to go to the bathroom, the flight attendants did not want to help her.
Jennie then had to drag herself down the hall using her arms. Then her partner helps the young woman to get up and use the bathroom.
One of the flight attendants said, “Disabled people should wear diapers on planes.” She reacted to the post; “The life of a person with a disability can be degrading and embarrassing at times and unfortunately this was one of them. Every other flight I have been on has an aisle chair.”
The British woman closed her outburst by asking the airline to improve the service reserved for the disabled. The post sparked indignation from several netizens. “Every crew member should be fired for sitting down and watching what happens, absolutely disgusting how they behaved,” said one user.
With the repercussion of Jennie’s report, AlbaStar posted an apology on Instagram.
