British band Coldplay have announced they will play a show in Curitiba, March 21, 2023, at Couto Pereira Stadium, and have left fans elated by the news.

Indeed, the stadium’s physical box office sales will be available from 11am on this Thursday 20, and many fans braved the cold dawn to not miss the chance to buy tickets.

In an interview with “Banda B”, Raul Cono gave details about the pitch I set up with friends to survive the cold temperatures and buy tickets. The group also had a fridge with drinks.

“This is their first time coming to Curitiba, so you have to be sure. I spent the night here. I brought some drinks to enjoy and warm up,” said the Coldplay band fan.

Other band fans, Guilherme da Cunha, confessed that he was prepared to face the cold, however, he said he did not expect the rain to be so strong. “We got scared when it rained, but we needed some off, life was very quiet. The rain came, people were prepared with umbrellas and raincoats, but I didn’t expect it to rain so hard,” he explained.

The decision to line up at the stadium box office came after the group ran out of tickets on another occasion. “In previous events, there have been few tickets sold out. So we camped out to make sure,” he revealed.

It is worth mentioning that Curitiba experienced thunderstorms around four in the morning. The municipal civil protection has issued a bulletin informing that from 20 of this Wednesday to 8 of this Thursday 15 mm of accumulated rain were recorded. In addition to physical sale, tickets can also be purchased at the online box office.
