“My heart broke today. Even though my brother and I had a complicated relationship, my love for him never waned, eventually finding the help he so desperately needed,” she began.
Nick Carter commented that Aaron had to deal with psychological problems, which in the end were stronger than him. “Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss. But the truth is, addiction and psychological problems are the real bad guys here.”
In 2019, Aaron revealed that he had been diagnosed with personality disorder, schizophrenia, manic depression, and acute anxiety. He also said at the time that he hadn’t seen Nick in four years, as well as making several bizarre allegations against him – such as abusing Paris Hilton. As a result, Nick issued a restraining order against his brother.
“I will miss my brother more than anyone can imagine. I love you, Chizz. Now you have the opportunity to finally have the peace you have never found here on Earth … God, please take care of my little brother.”
In the post, the star shared several images of the duo in their youth.
Aaron’s twin sister Angel also took to social media to say goodbye. “To my twin … I loved you beyond measure. We will miss you so much. My nice and sweet Aaron, I have so many memories of you with me and I promise to love them. I know you are at peace now I will take you with me until the day in I will die and be able to see you again, “he said.
Aaron Carter was found dead Saturday morning (11/5) at his home in Lancaster, California. According to sources heard by TMZ, the artist’s body was found in the residence’s bathtub. Authorities received an emergency call around 11:00 (local time) and sent officers home, where they found the singer dead. There is, for now, no evidence of crime, but the cause of death has not yet been formalized by the investigations. Although he started his career in the 90s, he was only 34 years old.
