December 8 marks the 42nd anniversary of the death of the legendary John Lennon. On this occasion, many stellar colleagues and fans remember him, and the son of the musician, 59-year-old Julian Lennon, shared a new joint photo with another member of The Beatles, Paul McCartney.

Julian was born in Lennon’s first marriage to his beloved Cynthia and is also involved in music. The singer’s other son, 47-year-old Sean Lennon, was born from John Lennon’s relationship with Yoko Ono.
Recall that on December 8, 1980, John Lennon was shot by his own fan, Mark David Chapman. The musician died from blood loss. Lennon’s killer is currently serving a life sentence in a New York state colony.
