The actor Silvero Pereira (“Pantanal”) has filed a lawsuit against the manager of the building where he lived in Fortaleza. Earlier this month he said he was threatened for celebrating Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s victory in the October 30 election.
According to Silvero, he was celebrating in the street when “the apartment building manager came, surrounded by family members, the son asking the father to calm down, the daughter getting angry… saying I was disrespecting the apartment building, since it was out . on the street. Her daughter then called me a “tramp” and that I should respect her father. I said, ‘What did you call me?’ And she was like, ‘Tramp, you’re a tramp,'” she reported on Instagram.
During the outburst, Silvero stressed that he had once again suffered a threat from the curator, “saying: ‘What is yours is guarded. With this you will suffer serious consequences'”.
In an interview for the new issue of Quem magazine, he said he didn’t let the threat go unnoticed.
“I carried it forward. I filed a complaint, I opened a trial for threats, insults and slander. Soon these people will be sued and I want to take it to the last consequences,” he protested. “It was extremely disrespectful to call me a tramp. I think it’s absurd! I’m an overworked person to accept being called a tramp, and even more so I was in all my rights.”
“I was celebrating the electoral process as it should be celebrated, without disrespecting any environment, any person. I have been invaded, threatened, offended and I want to take it to its ultimate consequences,” he reiterated.
And he added that he has already looked for a new place to live: “I have already taken this attitude. I have already seen a new house and I am moving. I don’t want to live with these people anymore. I want to live in peace with places where people are loving and affectionate”.
