Who would have thought, but while in the royal residence, 44-year-old Mike Tindall does not follow the dress code – he told about this in the new edition of the reality show “I’m a celebrity … Get me out of here!”. The ex-rugby player and husband of Princess Anne’s daughter Zara Tindall admitted that he walks around Buckingham Palace in casual clothes – jeans and a T-shirt – and he goes there quite often.
Let’s just say I’ve been there more times than most,” Mike noted.

Also on the air, Mike stressed that he was not at all nervous when he first met his future wife in 2003 (Zara Tindall is 20th in line to the British throne). In addition, he already knew Harry and William, who at that time supported the English rugby team.
William and Harry were huge England fans at the time, so we met them many times. So I met more relatives than you usually do when you start dating a girl,” Mike joked.
Mike and Zara Tindall met during the 2003 Rugby World Cup. In the same year, the athlete was awarded the MBE after helping the England team win the World Cup in Australia. After 6 years of a full-fledged romance, in 2010, Mike made Zara a marriage proposal. They married at the Canongate Kirk in Edinburgh, surrounded by the rest of the royal family.
About Mike Tindall taking part in the extreme reality show “I’m a celebrity…Get me out of here!”, became known in early November. To date, five members have left the show.
