The film franchise director Wonder Woman🇧🇷 Patti Jenkins, commented on the suspension of the third feature film about the superheroine. In a letter, posted on Twitter, Jenkins denied having creative disagreements with the warner🇧🇷A.D and that, therefore, he would have resigned from the project.
“This is simply not true. I have never given up [o projeto]🇧🇷 I was open to considering anything asked of me,” wrote the director. “I know DC is undergoing a major overhaul, which is needed. I understand that it is a complicated moment, with several difficult decisions to make.”
Jenkins also praised Gal Gadot, who plays the heroine. “She is the greatest gift I have been able to receive on this trip,” she said. “She is the real-life embodiment of Wonder Woman.” The director concluded by thanking the fans. “I have nothing but gratitude for the love and support of these wonderful Wonder Woman fans.”
