Founded by visionary director George Lucas more than 50 years ago in 1971, Lucasfilm has established itself as a highly successful studio in the industry. Acquired by Disney in 2012, it has had frequent theatrical and streaming releases since then. Among its main productions, the Star War franchise stands out with several films and series. Incidentally, it has certainly become a global pop culture fixture and has brought a legion of fans over the decades.
Other productions
