California judge dismissed Marilyn Manson’s sexual assault lawsuit. The allegation was filed by model Ashley Morgan Smithline, who accused the rocker of rape and abuse during their two-year relationship. Page Six writes about it.

The charge was dropped after the plaintiff failed to replace her former legal counsel. The model did not find a new representation, so her case was dismissed. The lawsuit is simplified without prejudice, which means she can resubmit it.
According to Smithline, she was sexually abused by Manson for two years. The girl claims that the musician bit and beat her, cut her body with a knife, and also raped her during her sleep. On one occasion, Manson broke Smithline’s nose, and on another occasion, he threw a knife at her, narrowly missing her face. Representatives of Manson said that in the words of the model “a lot of lies”, and the musician’s relationship with her “did not last even one week.” However, Smithline provided People with screenshots of the conversations with the musician, which lasted about two years and began in 2010.
