Satiko, the avatar of Sabrina Satowill win a physical apartment with its “face”, designed by the Cláudia Albertini architect’s studio, in collaboration with the construction company Miter Realty, which makes its metaverse debut.

“This new world that is emerging in the eyes of humanity represents an important step, as the consumer will be able to assemble his ideal version of the property and, through the sales teams, find the closest solution to the desirable one” , comments the architect .
Modern and young, Satiko has her own personality and is the director of an innovative agency focused on trend mapping. She has a hectic routine, she loves taking care of herself, she loves nature and is a fashionista.
All these characteristics of the avatar have been incorporated into Claudia’s design, which has opted for a Japanese-style décor. Once ready, the property will function as a content production space that Satiko will share on social media.
The action will be carried out in collaboration with Biobots, an agency for virtual influencers. “We’ll print Satiko’s style and profile into the space, so that he too plays an important role in the material she produces,” explains the professional.
