American rock musician Marilyn Manson has become a defendant in a new court case. He was sued for sexual abuse of a minor. According to Rolling Stone, the artist was accused of molestation and repeated harassment that occurred in the 1990s. The name of the alleged victim of the musician was not disclosed. In the case file, she is listed as Jane Doe.
Court documents say the woman first encountered Manson in 1995 when she was 16 years old. Marilyn invited her and another girl to his bus. There, the musician found out their age, school class, as well as home addresses and telephone numbers. Subsequently, according to the plaintiff, the famous rocker forced her to have sex. The age of consent in Texas at the time was 17. Jane Doe also stated that one of the members of the Manson group became a witness to the rape.
The plaintiff was in pain, frightened, humiliated and confused. After he had finished, the accused laughed at her. The musician then demanded that the plaintiff get out of his bus, the woman’s lawsuit states.
