Former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham, 35, looked unrecognizable as she hit the pool in a bright red wig in Austin, Texas, last week. The reality television personality displayed her surgically enhanced figure while spending time alongside fellow reality star Marissa Jade, 41.

The pair showcased their curves in skimpy swimwear as they dipped their feet in the water and took selfies together by the poolside. Abraham, who wore an animal-print bikini, was accompanied by Jade, best known for her appearances on VH1's Mob Wives and MTV's Celebrity Ex On The Beach. During the outing, Abraham also filmed herself on her iPhone while relaxing by the water.

Abraham, who has spent the last 17 years on reality television, was particularly hard to miss due to her hourglass shape. Her appearance has been sculpted through multiple trips to the plastic surgeon over the years.

Surgically Enhanced Physique and Surgery Costs

The former MTV star has undergone multiple breast augmentations, a nose job, and a liquid BBL. The non-surgical Brazilian butt lift procedure enhances the backside using dermal fillers rather than traditional implants or fat transfers.

Abraham previously had a chin implant, which she has since had removed. Over the years, she has spent more than six figures on cosmetic procedures, previously referring to her physique as a million-dollar body.

Abraham told the Daily Mail that she 'definitely' battled dysmorphia 'at one point in my life' but insisted that she's now happy with her appearance

Speaking to the Daily Mail last year, Abraham admitted that she has spent around $50,000 on her lips alone. She noted that she now has only one procedure left, which is a corrective operation on her jaw, after which she feels everything will be perfect.

'But after having my chin implant removed, I honestly started to feel like myself again. Since then, I’ve felt normal and much more at peace with my appearance,' she shared

Reflections on Body Dysmorphia and Surgery

Abraham opened up about her mental health and surgery history during an interview on the We Need To Talk podcast. She admitted that she underwent all of her cosmetic surgeries in a depressive, grieving state.

'Pregnancy changes your body in so many ways, and I think it took me some time to adjust and reconnect with myself,' she continued

During the podcast, Abraham revealed that she had considered having her breast implants removed. However, she expressed concern that doing so could negatively affect her income as an adult content creator.

"What are boobs? Boobs are a selling mechanism for adult stuff," Abraham said during the podcast. "Look, this is the world I was born into. Not what I'm creating. I'm letting you know how a single woman survives in life."

When reached for comment, Abraham told the Daily Mail that she definitely battled body dysmorphia at one point in her life. However, she insisted that her perspective changed after having her chin implant removed.

Motherhood and Embracing Her Image

Abraham, who is a single parent to her daughter Sophia, explained how motherhood altered her relationship with her body. She noted that pregnancy changes a body in many ways and that it took her time to adjust and reconnect with herself after giving birth.

"But I don't feel that dysmorphia anymore. Now, I genuinely feel happy with my body and want to celebrate it in as many ways as I can," Abraham continued. She added that she will not be removing her breast implants any time soon.

"They make me feel feminine, and I'm really enjoying being in my feminine era. At the end of the day, I think women should do whatever makes them feel good about their bodies," Abraham said. "Whether that means changing something or embracing what you have, every woman deserves to feel confident and happy in their own skin."

OnlyFans, AI Content, and Career Expansion

Since finding fame on television, Abraham has transitioned into adult entertainment, becoming a top-earning creator on OnlyFans. Her work in the industry began in 2013 when she starred in the best-selling sex tape Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom.

Abraham originally claimed that the video was filmed in private for her own personal use. She later admitted that a former manager convinced her to record the tape to boost her career.

The reality star has recently expanded into artificial intelligence content by launching her own AI twin with OhChat. She told the Daily Mail that creating a digital twin allows her to produce content quickly without scheduling constant photo shoots or video sessions.

"I feel so comfortable and at peace with my body now that I want to create as much content as possible and have fun with it. The reality is, I don't always have time to be doing photo shoots or filming videos, but my AI twin lets me create content in minutes," she said.

Abraham added that creating a digital avatar reflects her current confidence level. "For me, making a digital twin of myself is actually a sign of how confident I feel now. If I wasn't feeling good about my body, I wouldn't have created an AI version of myself, and had her star in an AI adult tape or on the cover of FHM magazine. I'm at a point where I really enjoy celebrating myself and having fun with my image."

Reality Television History and Bestselling Works

Abraham first entered the public eye as a teenager on MTV's 16 & Pregnant before starring on the spin-off series Teen Mom in 2009. She has since appeared on numerous reality shows, including Celebrity Big Brother, Couples Therapy, and Ex on the Beach.

In addition to television, Abraham is the author of the New York Times bestseller My Teenage Dream Ended. She has also released a critically acclaimed experimental album and starred in a horror film.
