CONVERSE X IBN JASPER ONE STAR

A hybrid of two worlds

We are almost all lovers of this legend, and if you are always looking forward to something new from this brand, you will be surprised and excited. Converse teamed up with influential American designer Ibn Jasper for the second time, this time introducing one model in two colors. Ibn Jasper modified the Converse silhouette of One Star and created a hybrid of one foot in the skate world and the other on the race car pedal.

Streets and luxury

The model boasts many details in leather and suede cuts, including metallic snakeskin. Colors, materials and patterns are based on the aesthetics of motorsport. The distinctive tongue of the shoe has the embroidered “Ibn Jasper Mechanic” logo and the gold eyelets and leather loops are also interesting. A unique fusion of streetwear and luxury.

Ibn Jasper is a Chicago barber who can give his models a touch of uniqueness and tell a story of luxury with a taste of street audacity. The redesigned One Star model, which retains its tradition, is proof of this.

Embark on a journey

Converse has been making Chuck Taylor All Star and One Star sneakers for over a century and is now working to create a new street classic. He tries to inspire his models with sports, streets and culture in cooperation with top designers. They monitor and redefine together with the customer. Their motto is, “We don’t know which way to go, but one thing is for sure, you will take Converse with you on that trip.”
