Recently, I discovered off-price shopping for myself, in our country, many still do not know about this format. But in Europe and the USA for several decades now, all desperate fashionists have been using equipment that, translated from English, means “treasure hunt.” And what else can you call the opportunity to buy things from brands from the mass market to premium, many of which have ceased operations in Russia, in a single copy, and even with discounts up to 85%, unprecedented for ordinary retailers, all year round.
Now I am a frequent guest of the network – I always find something cool for myself, clients and filming. And there is also a great chance to meet colleagues – stylists, influencers, private shoppers. Word of mouth works too well, so my advice: if you see “the very thing” – buy it, there are a lot of people who want to acquire “treasures”.
I spent a few hours at Familia and chose the hottest trends of this season – take note.
1. Maxi skirts.
One of the most “new” and noticeable trends. With a small or large floral print, plain, straight with slits on the sides. Pay attention to the cargo skirts and with frills in several tiers. A special chic is the combination of such skirts with long sleeves and tops a la triangles from a swimsuit. For bold experiments, off-price is just right – a large selection with pleasant prices. Experiments for that and experiments, in order to add novelty to the wardrobe without ruin.
2. Linen style tops.
The wardrobe item that has become the base this season is more like a real bra or swimsuit top. Silk, mesh, organza, knitwear – the variety of textures and brands is amazing. Take enough time to explore everything!
3. Flared trousers.
They have not given up their positions for several seasons. Perfectly visually lengthen the legs, if you wear platform shoes and choose the right length of trousers. Everything can be corrected with clothes, the main thing is the right styling.
4. Loose shorts.
These shorts seem to come from a men’s wardrobe or directly from there – Familia has a large men’s department, don’t be afraid to look there. Sport chic, oversized and everything that allows you to stay mobile and stylish in relaxed looks are welcome in any wardrobe.
5. Floral print.
Dresses with a small floral print are a trend that is always relevant. This season I would single out mini length dresses. Pair them with Greek-inspired thin lace-up sandals. I found the Marni mini dress in the Gold Brands zone, where brands from middle to luxury are presented. Premium brands at the price of the mass market, I used to think that these were just my wildest fantasies. It turns out that this happens in reality. I will believe that this is my power of thought. By the way, all the things in Familia are strictly original – the network’s buyers work every day to bring something like that, and they buy things directly from suppliers.
