The sports brand BOGNER is celebrating its 90th anniversary and has prepared many surprises for its customers

The BOGNER brand was founded in 1932 by Willy Bogner senior, who was able to make his way among international players in the fashion and sports industry. His work was followed a little later by Willy Bogner junior, and today the company has a very stable position on the market for luxury and premium BOGNER and FIRE+ICE products worldwide.

Two big jubilees

This year, the BOGNER brand celebrates its 90th anniversary and at the same time the 80th birthday of Willy Bogner junior, so several jubilee activities are planned in honor of these important occasions. There will also be special anniversary collections and innovative designs.

We have planned special anniversary activities to honor the ninetieth anniversary milestones of the company’s heritage.”

One of this year’s highlights is the jubilee capsule collection “Frozen Riviera”, which combines the active and ready-to-wear collections of BOGNER and marks another step into the future, bringing sports and fashion closer together. At the same time, it is a tribute to Maria Bogner, who advocated the unification of fashion and sport already in the 1950s. For example, the iconic BOGNER stretch pants are one of her ideas. The unique capsule collection is part of the main Fall/Winter 2022 collection called “Off to New Horizons”. Symbolizing 90 years of pioneering work, it combines iconic silhouettes from decades past with new perspectives.

Anniversary celebrations and activities

To celebrate the anniversary, the company prepared, for example, a jubilee ski set, exclusively limited to 90 pieces, which is inspired by Willy Bogner’s iconic racing skis from the 1930s. Another point is the launch of the limited James Bond collection in the fall of this year. The foundation stone between the BOGNER company and 007 was laid more than 50 years ago by Willy Bogner junior, who produced the world’s first action skis, specifically for the scenes of the James Bond film – At Her Majesty’s Service from 1969. James Bond films are also celebrating beautiful this year anniversary, specifically 60 years since the first film.
