Ferne McCann showed off her body transformation in a series of bikini photos shared on Instagram on Friday, marking a three stone weight loss that she says she has kept off for three years. The 36-year-old former The Only Way Is Essex star praised herself for maintaining her results without the weight creeping back on.
McCann has been open about her postpartum weight loss journey in recent years. She overhauled her lifestyle with a focus on nutrition and high-intensity interval training following the birth of her youngest daughter, Finty, in 2023, and has kept up the routine since, regularly sharing updates with her followers on social media.

Captioning her latest post, McCann wrote: "I lost 3 stone but the biggest win? I've kept it off. No yo-yoing. No piling the weight back on. No constantly feeling like I need to start again."
She continued: "I found what works for me: sustainable habits, consistency and a nutrition plan that gets me results I can actually maintain while still living and enjoying my life."

The transformation video
The accompanying video, which promoted her 21 Day Reset Challenge, opens with McCann in a fuller figure wearing a grey bikini, taken shortly after Finty's birth. It then moves through a series of mirror selfies in various bikinis and underwear that track her gradual weight loss, ending with a recent snap of her displaying a trim and toned physique.
McCann is mother to two daughters: Sunday, eight, from her relationship with Arthur Collins, and Finty, three, with her fiance Lorri Haines, 34.

What Ferne eats in a day
Earlier this year, McCann revealed what she eats in a day in a separate Instagram clip posted to her nutrition-focused page, @fernutrition. She said her number one rule was that "everything has to be high protein and delicious."
In the clip, the I'm A Celebrity star and former TOWIE icon appeared in a white shirt and red headband as she talked fans through her typical day of eating, writing: "My rule of thumb: everything has to be high in protein, healthy and delicious."

Her breakfast consisted of a multivitamin alongside a protein meal-replacement smoothie made with creatine. For her mid-morning protein snack, she opted for sour cream and chive protein chips served with a spicy cottage cheese dip.
Lunch was sardines on sourdough toast, topped with sliced cherry tomatoes and fresh coriander. Dinner, usually eaten around 5.30pm, was a bun-less burger with a high protein burger sauce, wrapped in courgette and carrot ribbons instead of bread.

For an after-dinner treat, McCann has Greek yogurt with blueberries, along with a chopped chocolate and almond protein bar.
'I don't believe in dieting'
McCann has also said she does not believe in dieting or cutting out foods altogether. In a before-and-after post on Instagram, she wrote: "Consistency, stacking daily healthy habits and my breakfast plan is exactly how I lost my weight SUSTAINABLY."

She added: "I don't believe in cutting out foods or being on a 'diet'. They don't work! And I'm a massive foodie so it wouldn't work for me either. Trust me when you take care of the day to day and stay in a calorie deficit without feeling deprived, exhausted or HANGRY that's when results actually last!"
Consistency over time
Back in December, McCann shared a gym photo explaining that over the previous month her body composition had "completely shifted," writing: "I feel leaner, tighter, more defined and honestly stronger than ever."
She said she had not drastically changed her routine, adding: "I've simply followed my nutrition plan, been extra mindful with my calories and fuelled my body with goodness. And guess what the secret is? Consistency!"
In an October 2025 post, McCann reflected further back, saying that over the previous seven years she had lost weight and cut body fat after two pregnancies, toned up, fuelled herself through training for SAS, and maintained her results throughout. She said she had "not once" felt bored or restricted.
