Gemma Atkinson, 41, has shown off her toned figure in a series of bikini photos posted to Instagram after a two-week family holiday in Tenerife.
The former Hollyoaks actress shared a slew of snaps from her stay at the Ritz Carlton in Abama, where she and her family stayed in one of the resort's private villas.
In one photo, Atkinson wore a black two-piece that showed off her toned abs. She also posed in a red bikini while relaxing on a sun bed.
The post ended with photos of Atkinson alongside her fiance, former Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka Marquez, 35, and their two children, Mia and Thiago.
Atkinson wrote that she was heading back to work the following day, listing her Gem and Tonic podcast duties, radio hosting, nursery runs and more. She said the last two and a half weeks had flown by and that a mental rest and switch off had definitely been needed, more than she had realised.
She added that she had been going at 100mph recently in the best way with work, which she was grateful for, but that time with the family making memories was what life is all about.

The holiday photos come after Atkinson and Marquez clashed on their podcast over how they organise pans in their kitchen.
Atkinson explained that their fitted hob had been cracked for months after she dropped a glass bottle of olive oil on it. She said she ordered and had a new one fitted while Marquez was away for six weeks, but that on his first day home he failed to notice the new hob and instead focused on the pans stored beneath it.
She recalled him saying he could tell she had been away because the pans were arranged differently, prompting her to point out that he had missed the brand new hob entirely.
Marquez defended himself, saying it was about being able to get to the pans quickly and that some brand new pans, including one he uses only for paella rice, should not be used by anyone else.
Atkinson joked that she had let the children play with playdough in that pan, before clarifying she had not. Marquez said he could believe it, since he had recently gone looking for a spatula only to find it in the playroom. Atkinson said the children wanted to play kitchens, to which Marquez replied that they should just be bought toys instead of using the couple's cooking equipment.
Defending his tidy habits, Marquez said he would never go to someone else's house and reorganise it, but that any tidying he did should stay within the space that needed it.
