Actor Glen Powell has praised his relationship with actress Michelle Randolph, revealing that their shared values have built a strong foundation as engagement rumors circulate.
The 37-year-old star of Top Gun: Maverick made rare public comments about their romance during an interview with Esquire magazine, shedding light on how their common priorities help them navigate busy Hollywood careers.
Powell explained that despite their fast-paced schedules, he and Randolph share a fundamental commitment to family, work, and supporting one another.
"Life is fast for both of us, and we have the same values," Powell told Esquire. "She loves her family. I love my family. And we both care about work a lot. We both like to show up for our partners. And yet we also understand the balance of it all."

The actor added that mutual encouragement has become one of the best aspects of their relationship as both of their acting careers continue to grow.
"There is something so lovely about someone rooting for you," Powell said. "Someone who wants you to win in all the ways that are good for you as a human. Not just professionally but in all the ways that are good for your soul."

Shared priorities and summer in Paris
The couple have proven virtually inseparable in recent months. During the summer, Randolph spent July and August in Paris filming an acting project, and Powell chose to travel to France to join her for the duration of the shoot.

Powell officially confirmed their relationship on Instagram on the Fourth of July, sharing a photograph of the pair kissing during their holiday celebrations.
Speculation regarding their romance first began in November, when the pair were seen hitting the dance floor together at a honky-tonk bar in Texas. Reports published shortly after claimed that they had only been seeing each other for a few months and were simply having fun.

Keeping private life separate from public attention
Randolph first publicly addressed her relationship with Powell in February, roughly three months after their initial Texas outing sparked dating speculation.
Speaking to InStyle magazine, the 29-year-old actress emphasized her deliberate decision to maintain boundaries between her personal life and her public image.
"I think, for peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate," Randolph told InStyle when asked about Powell. She added that how people perceive someone publicly is not who they actually are.
Randolph went on to emphasize her desire to keep her private life out of the spotlight. "It's just... I don't think anything good comes from that, because it's your personal life," she explained. "It should be personal and reserved for yourself and those who are close to you. So, ironically, I think I've learned that I want to keep it private."

Rising screen careers and relationship history
Both actors are currently managing high-profile film and television projects. Randolph, who launched her acting career in 2017, previously portrayed Elizabeth Strafford in 1923, the historical drama series created by Taylor Sheridan as a prequel to Yellowstone.
She now stars as Ainsley Norris in Sheridan's drama series Landman, sharing the screen with cast members Demi Moore, Billy Bob Thornton, and Ali Larter.
Powell has also maintained a busy schedule following his breakout role as Lieutenant Jake "Hangman" Seresin in the 2022 blockbuster Top Gun: Maverick. He recently took on a leading role in the 2025 sci-fi action film The Running Man and appeared in the debut season of the Hulu comedy series Chad Powers, which has already been renewed for a second season.
Prior to his relationship with Randolph, Powell dated model Gigi Paris until their split in April 2023. He also sparked romance rumors with his Anyone But You co-star Sydney Sweeney during the press tour for the romantic comedy, though both actors have firmly denied ever dating or becoming romantically involved.
