Gusttavo Lima was the most searched name on Google in the past month among performers at the Festa do Peão de Barretos, according to Google Trends data, as the rodeo festival enters its second week of celebrations in the interior of Sao Paulo state.
The lineup for this year's edition also includes acts such as Bruno & Marrone, Leonardo, Simone Mendes, Chitaozinho & Xororo, and Zeze Di Camargo & Luciano.
Gusttavo Lima's role as Ambassador
In 2026, Gusttavo Lima holds the title of Ambassador of the festival for the third time, having previously held the post in 2017 and 2018. It was during that period that he adopted the nickname "Embaixador" (Ambassador), which has stuck with him ever since.
The phrases "respeita o Embaixador" (respect the Ambassador) and "o Embaixador chegou" (the Ambassador has arrived) became so well known that fans still chant them at his shows.
