Now a fresh wave of Gen Z heirs is entering entertainment, divided into distinct tiers ranging from accomplished breakout performers to high-profile hopefuls.

Joe Anders, the 22-year-old son of Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet and director Sam Mendes, made his feature debut at age 15 in the war epic 1917 credited as Joe Mendes. He changed his professional name to Joe Anders in 2022 as the nepo baby debate went viral. Anders played troubled teenager Zach in Apple TV's Cape Fear, sharing the screen with Amy Adams, Javier Bardem, Patrick Wilson, and Lily Collias.
At age 19, Anders took a weekly screenwriting course at the National Film and Television School and wrote Goodbye June, a screenplay inspired by the death of his maternal grandmother. Magnus Ferrell, the 22-year-old son of comedian Will Ferrell, achieved music success with his single Asleep Talking released in April.
