Social media influencer Indy Clinton and her husband Ben Azar have celebrated the resolution of Azar's legal battle with global real estate company Savills.

The couple enjoyed a beach day with their young children on Tuesday, demonstrating that they are more in love than ever as they embraced and kissed following a swim in the ocean surf.

Clinton, 29, showed off her trim figure in a high-cut red swimsuit featuring ruffled straps. Known as a big fan of wearing clothing emblazoned with edgy sayings, the social media star added a hat bearing a racy logo that read: "Daddy's in the doghouse".

Azar, a former real estate executive, was also flaunting his physique, displaying his muscular form while shirtless in boardshorts. He wore a matching hat that carried the same logo as his wife.

Affectionate outing at Palm Beach
The couple got up close and personal throughout their trip to the sand on Australia's coast. At one stage, Azar patted Clinton's bottom before lifting her off her feet for a vertical cuddle. The pair also shared a smooch while Clinton lay on a towel, drying off after taking a dip in the surf.

Palm Beach is an iconic coastal suburb situated on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, New South Wales. Known for its golden sand beaches and ocean scenery, the area is a well-known destination for family outings and coastal recreation.

Settlement with global real estate firm Savills
The pair had reasons to rejoice after Azar walked away with a financial settlement following legal action against his former employer of more than 22 years, Savills. Azar previously served as the national head of cross border investments at the company.

Savills plc is a global real estate services company headquartered in London and listed on the London Stock Exchange. The international firm operates a worldwide network of offices providing commercial, residential, and corporate property advisory services.

Azar took the global real estate firm to court in late March, filing court documents on March 27. He claimed he was unfairly dismissed after his employment was terminated, alleging that Savills breached workplace protections.

Azar pursued his legal action under general protections provisions. In Australian employment law, general protections provisions allow former employees to claim remedies if adverse action, such as termination, was taken against them for prohibited reasons.

Following a formal mediation process, Azar and Savills agreed on a settlement, according to Australian business column Margin Call. Details of the settlement have not been shared publicly. Both Savills and Azar have declined to comment on the matter.

Sydney courtroom appearance and family background
News that Azar was suing the global property firm first surfaced in April, following his dismissal after more than two decades with the company. The court case last made headlines in June when Clinton arrived at the Federal Court of Australia in Sydney alongside her husband.

During that court appearance, the 29-year-old influencer tested the boundaries of courtroom etiquette in a bright red T-shirt emblazoned with the provocative phrase: "Enjoy C***".

The Federal Court of Australia, located in Sydney and major Australian capital cities, hears civil disputes, commercial litigation, and workplace law matters under national legislation.
The legal dispute marked a challenging period for the social media star and her husband of six years. Azar, a father of three, and Clinton have built a large online following by sharing candid insights into their family life with digital audiences.
