Jack Osbourne has shared a rare photo of his newborn daughter, named in honor of his late father Ozzy Osbourne, posting the image to his 1.2 million Instagram followers on Friday.
The 40-year-old is pictured holding the baby girl under a tree, the infant dressed in a pink onesie and smiling at the camera. He captioned the post, ‘Little miss Ozz already has a mischievous sparkle.’
Jack and his wife Aree welcomed the child, named Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, on March 5. The couple announced the birth at the time with a black and white photo and the caption ‘Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,’ with Jack adding in his Instagram Story, ‘She’s arrived and she’s perfect.’
Ozzy Osbourne, the iconic frontman of Black Sabbath, died in July 2025 at the age of 76, just 17 days after performing a finale concert with his band in England. Jack and the entire Osbourne family had traveled from Los Angeles to Birmingham for the show.
Jack and Aree, who have been married since 2023, are also parents to four-year-old daughter Maple. Jack additionally shares daughters Pearl, 14, Andy, 11, and Minnie, eight, with ex-wife Lisa Stelly.
The couple announced they were expecting their second child together in December 2025. Speaking with The Sun roughly five months after his father’s death, Jack said his then-unborn daughter had become a source of comfort during his grief.
He said the pregnancy had been partly a healthy distraction and partly healing, describing it as falling into a ‘full cycle’ category. He added that it had taken energy away from grieving and placed it into hopefulness.
Shortly after Ozzy’s death, Aree paid tribute to him on Instagram, writing that she was pretty sure she had the coolest father-in-law around and the best papa to her kids.
